Tailored Classes for Every Goal:
Attend 2 or 3 classes per week, each meticulously crafted by our experienced exercise physiologists. Whether your goal is to increase strength, improve flexibility, lose weight, enhance overall health, achieve better balance, gracefully age, optimize bone density, manage menopause, or rediscover activities you love—we’ve got you covered.
Personalized Goal Setting:
Kickstart your journey with an initial assessment where we’ll work together to set personalized goals based on your aspirations and unique health profile. Your goals are the compass guiding your progress throughout the program.
Check-Ins and Reassessments:
Experience the power of progress tracking with check-ins and reassessments every 4 weeks. We ensure you stay on course to conquer your goals, adjusting and refining your program for optimal results.

How to become involved in the 12 week challenge program:
STEP 1: Call O2 Active or Book online
Call O2 Active, download our app or book online to learn more about our 12 week Challenge program. Our staff will be ready to answer your questions and book your initial consultation with a staff member. Medicare & health rebates may apply.
STEP 2: First consultation
First consultation – During this 30-minute appointment, we will discuss your health history and your goals, this will allow us to provide you with a holistic approach to your exercise prescription.
- We will discuss your goals and build these into your program.
- We will conduct an initial assessment and we will recommend the best combination of classes to meet your goals.
STEP 3: Weekly sessions
Book into the group classes weekly session/s.
STEP 4: Book your monthly check ins
Chat to your instructors, book in online or download our app to book in your monthly checkins.
