Bone Health & Osteoporosis

Bone responds to load — the right kind, at the right dose, safely supervised.

Osteoporosis and osteopenia are manageable — and properly prescribed, progressively loaded exercise is a strongly evidence-based part of managing them alongside your doctor's care. We run structured bone loading programs delivered by Accredited Exercise Physiologists: progressive resistance and impact training, individually dosed, closely supervised, and tracked with objective strength and balance testing.

What the Program Involves

Assessment

Bone health history, DEXA results if available, strength and balance baseline including force-plate testing.

Prescription

Progressive resistance and impact loading at evidence-based intensities, adjusted to your capacity and any co-existing conditions.

Supervision

In-clinic sessions, 1:1 or semi-private, with technique and load managed session by session.

Tracking & Reporting

Objective re-testing, with outcomes shared with your GP or specialist.

Falls Prevention & Balance

Balance and gait training, posture and spine-safe movement, and coordination with your medical management — targeted work to reduce your falls risk, because strong bones work best alongside the skills that keep you steady on your feet.
