We create effective, evidence-based exercise and lifestyle programs for people with disability, injuries, chronic diseases, and metabolic health conditions. We also offer corporate health programs, NDIS-funded clinical exercise rehabilitation, massage, and clinical group classes.

O2 Active’s Founder and Managing Director Caitlin Hunt has tertiary qualifications in clinical exercise physiology and more than 23 years’ experience. This means she brings an exceptional level of knowledge to her team and her clients.
