We design and use effective, evidence-based exercise programs for people with disability, groups, and workplaces. We offer NDIS-funded clinical exercise rehabilitation, as well as personal training, massage, and group fitness classes.

Our qualified Perth exercise physiologists work with NDIS participants (including children and adolescents) to help you reach your goals. We also work with orthopaedic surgeons, allied health professionals and workplaces to provide injury management and rehabilitation services.
