Practising clinical exercise physiology in Perth since 2001.
In two decades the field has changed enormously — and we've grown with it: a senior team of Accredited Exercise Physiologists, fully equipped clinics, and advanced physiological testing translated into personalised programs for better health, function and long-term performance.
What's stayed the same is the thing our clients talk about: a team that knows them, takes the time to understand where they're starting from, and stays long enough to see them get there.

Caitlin Hunt (AEP, AES) is Director of O2 Active Exercise Physiology and co-director of Eric Street Physio, our affiliate physiotherapy clinic in Cottesloe. With over 25 years in allied health, Caitlin's clinical focus spans musculoskeletal rehabilitation, oncology recovery, women's health and longevity. She serves on the Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology advisory boards at UWA and Curtin and the national Exercise Oncology Professionals Advisory Group, and has built O2 Active around a simple conviction: exercise is medicine — and medicine should be measured.
Our EPs are university-qualified and accredited, with senior clinicians specialising in oncology, cardiac care, osteoporosis and bone health, women's health and menopause, metabolic conditions, musculoskeletal rehabilitation and athletic development.
You can't manage what you don't measure. We've invested in the clinical testing infrastructure most practices don't have — VO2 Max and metabolic testing, lactate threshold, VALD movement screening, ForceDecks and clinical strength testing — all in-clinic, all feeding directly into your program.
We work closely with GPs, cardiologists, oncologists, endocrinologists and other specialists across Perth. For referrers: objective, quantified patient feedback. For clients: a care team working from the same numbers.
