We addresses the problems many new mums may experience when re-commencing an exercise program:

  • Lack of knowledge of where to start. Starting a postpartum exercise routine can be overwhelming, but with our team of experienced exercise physiologists, you’ll receive personalised guidance and support. Our program begins with an initial one-on-one assessment, where we gain an understanding of your needs and tailor the workouts accordingly.
  • Difficulty exercising with a baby. Your baby is welcome to come along with you to class.
  • Aprehension about pelvic floor issues. Pelvic floor prolapse or weakness, pelvic pain, abdominal separation, and urinary leaking are common concerns for new mums. Our prescribed exercises are designed to address these issues safely and effectively under the guidance of our women’s health specialists.
  • Uncetainty about the right exercises. Our program provides education from exercise physiologists who specialise in women’s health. You’ll learn the correct exercises for your postpartum body, helping you regain confidence and return to pre-baby exercise and healthy lifestyle.
  • Fatigue and emotional challenges. Our program not only focuses on building functional strength, but we also include cardio, pilates, and yoga to help manage the physical and emotional challenges that come with being a mum.  We know movement builds confidence, strength and enhances mood.
  • Connection and community. The supportive and nurturing environment in our North Fremantle classes will help you connect with other women who are at the same stage of life, creating a community that understands and supports one another.
Whatever your reason, we’re here to help you achieve REAL CHANGE with REAL SUPPORT.
