Visit our welcoming Mosman Park clinic where we have a reformer Pilates studio and gym equipment, or join group classes in Claremont, Swanbourne or Nedlands WA. Alternatively, our mobile Accredited Exercise Physiologists can see you at your home, workplace, gym, park, pool, or another preferred facility.
We see women throughout Perth, from Mandurah to Joondalup and Armadale to the coast, as well as in regional areas including Northam, York, Merredin and the eastern Wheatbelt.

Our university qualified AEPs have significant training in body function, behaviour change, and healthy lifestyle choices for women, not to mention several lifetimes of combined experience! You can be confident we have the expertise to help you reach your health goals.
Everyone has different needs, goals and preferences, and we don’t take a cookie-cutter approach to our women’s health programs. Based on your assessment, we’ll prescribe and deliver exercise and lifestyle interventions tailored just for you.
Women’s health with O2 Active Perth – Your pathway with us
Here’s what to expect when you start working with our exercise physiologists.
1: Your first visit
This visit is all about getting to know you. We’ll take the time to understand your needs and goals and review your medical history and physical function. We’ll help you set goals and begin developing strategies to help you achieve them, including education about your condition and treatment options.
2: Exercise prescription
Next, we’ll develop tailored interventions that consider your physical function, lifestyle and preferences. Your program will include a range of exercises, and we’ll work alongside you to ensure you can complete them safely and effectively. We have reformer Pilates and gym equipment at our Mosman Park clinic. If you prefer, we can see you at your home, gym, pool, or park, or via telehealth.
3: Review and progression
As you work towards your goals, we’ll update your program based on your feedback and the changes we find on assessment. We’ll continue to provide lifestyle advice and ongoing support that reflects your progress.
4: Long term management
To help you maintain optimal health and wellbeing, exercise needs to form part of your routine – for life! We help you incorporate exercise into your lifestyle, in a supportive environment where you can reap added social and mental health benefits. If you have a chronic condition or just wish to continue exercise post-rehabilitation, you’re welcome to join our group exercise classes.
Am I eligible for exercise physiology funding?
You may be eligible to receive rebates for our Perth women’s health services under Medicare, TCA, or health insurance funding.
You can ask your doctor to refer you under a GP chronic disease management plan or team care arrangement, which can be used to fund individual or group allied health services.
