O2 Active provides experiences and wellbeing education sessions for students that help promote an active lifestyle.
Our workshops explore the concept of wellbeing and how students can take an active role in maintaining and developing their own wellbeing.
We aim to improve the health and wellness of school age children and help increase their productivity in the classroom, encouraging teamwork, co-operation and classroom morale.
Our workshops and programs will educate, inspire, equip and empower students to create positive and lasting change in their lives, their habits and their outlook.
Workshops often include but are not limited to:
- Meditation & Mindfulness
- Group Exercise & Fitness
A range of classes can be created and tailored to your schools requirements by our fully trained and qualified fitness and educational professionals.
Our team prefers to engage with students on a regular weekly basis throughout a school term, however special once off classes and sessions can be negotiated.
