School Services

At O2 Active our extra curricular wellbeing programs do not sit on their own.  Skills, growth mindset and emotional learnings in the programs should have cross curricular impact.  Students will learn how to process emotions they are going through and develop their social competence.

We believe wellbeing programs will have cross curricular awareness and recognise we are a valuable resource that can help staff deliver health, wellness, social and personal development to students.

We are also able to support students one on one in the delivery of our paediatric exercise and lifestyle therapy programs for students with physical disabilities, neuro-developmental disabilities or developmental delays. Please see our Paedatric Program for more information.

The classes will also act as a place participants can visit to manage their stress through physical activity, movement, stillness, mindfulness, creativity and fun in a safe and nurturing environment. Students will learn about living a healthy life, managing their own experiences, thoughts and behaviours and better understanding their peers.

O2 Active’s programs and classes are run by fully qualified fitness professionals and Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) with up to date checks and clearances required for working in schools and with children.

Course content can be aligned to your education curriculum and we encourage cross-curricular awareness as much as possible. For example, a focus on developing skills, mindset growth and emotional learning can be incorporated into the program to help participants better process emotions and develop their social competence. This assists participants in coping with daily challenges and pressures and teaches them to process and express their emotions while improving their overall health and wellbeing

Please find attached our schools overview of services and staff and available student programs & classes which can be customised to suit your schools’ requirements.
