Mobile NDIS Exercise Physiology in South Perth and surrounding suburbs
O2 Active’s skilled and caring team deliver mobile exercise and lifestyle therapies for the prevention and management of chronic disease, injury, and disability. We design and implement tailored programs for individuals, groups, and workplaces throughout the City of South Perth and surrounds.
As Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) we provide specialty programs for NDIS participants, paediatrics, and women’s health. We are qualified to accept doctors’ referrals from patients requiring clinical exercise services for serious injuries and/or chronic disease.
At O2 Active, our expertise is disability services which means we support people living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), intellectual disability, developmental disorders, down syndrome and other disability. We do not currently have a wait list and do not charge for the first 30 mins of travel time from our Mosman Park clinic, WA.
Exercise physiology can assist you in building physical capacity so you can be more independent and participate in activities of interest at home, school, work and within your local community.

Our skilled and caring NDIS registered exercise physiologists are accredited with Exercise and Sports Science Australia. They must meet yearly professional development and recency of practice requirements and hold certificates in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
