KATE WILLIAMSON
DIRECTOR & SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Kate is a highly experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over 30 years in private practice, having worked across Australia, the UK, and Indonesia. She specialises in complex spinal dysfunction. Her interest lies in all spinal dysfunction- neck, sacroiliac and lower back pain. She is often asked for second opinions from other physios regarding complex back pain patients and is know as the “physios physio”, as many of her clients are physios themselves. With more than 25 years of experience teaching clinical Pilates, Kate takes a whole-body approach to rehabilitation. She is known for her ability to identify the root cause of pain and prescribe precise, targeted exercises that restore efficient, pain-free movement. Her hands-on, compassionate approach ensures every client receives the same level of care and attention she would offer her own family. Kate’s strength lies in her ability to truly listen, combining clinical expertise with a personalised approach that fosters long-term results. She has trained under renowned golf physiotherapist Ramsay McMaster and specialises in golf injury management and rehabilitation, helping clients optimise their movement and performance on the course.

CAITLIN HUNT
EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST AND DIRECTOR
Caitlin has over 24 years of experience in allied health, specialising in clinical musculoskeletal exercise rehabilitation, pain management, invisible illnesses, women’s health, and longevity. An Accredited Exercise Physiologist, she sits on the UWA Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology advisory board and holds additional qualifications in Pilates and yoga. Caitlin works extensively with peri- and post-menopausal women, as well as men looking to optimise their health during midlife and beyond. She utilises metabolic testing, targeted exercise, and evidence-based lifestyle strategies to improve metabolic health, vitality, strength, bone density, manage injuries and overall well-being. She believes in addressing the complex interplay between movement, biochemistry, metabolism, stress, and lifestyle behaviours to help individuals overcome symptoms and achieve optimal health. Drawing on 21 years of classical ballet training, Caitlin brings a deep understanding of movement, posture, and strength to her clinical practice. Caitlin emphasises that the body doesn’t require perfection—only care, attention, and the opportunity to function at its best—supporting her clients in feeling their best and living healthier, more fulfilling lives.

GEORGIA GRIBBLE
SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Senior Physiotherapist who graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Notre Dame and a Clinical Pilates instructor.She has since gained extensive experience across private clinics and hospital settings, including Hollywood Private and SJOG Hospitals, supporting clients with acute injury management, post-surgical rehabilitation, and long-term condition management. Georgia’s clinical focus is on prehabilitation and rehabilitation for surgical clients, including—but not limited to—total knee and hip replacements, ACL and shoulder reconstructions. She has also partnered with elite sporting teams such as the Joondalup Wolves and Sorrento Football Club and led a women’s health campaign to help postnatal mothers return to sport and general activity. A strong advocate of the biopsychosocial model and evidence-based practice, Georgia delivers holistic, individualised treatment plans designed to help clients achieve their functional and lifestyle goals.

ZOE ROBERTS
PHYSIOTHERAPIST & CLINICAL EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
Zoe is a Physiotherapist with a strong academic and clinical foundation, holding a Master of Physiotherapy, a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, and a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science. This combined expertise allows Zoe to deliver a comprehensive, exercise-based approach to her physio treatments and rehabilitation, grounded in evidence and tailored to individual needs.Zoe has experience working with a broad range of clients including paediatric, youth and adults. Her clinical interests include neurological conditions, as well as the assessment and management of lower back and neck pain.Recognising that pain and movement dysfunction are often multifactorial, Zoe applies a thorough assessment process to identify contributing factors and develops individualised management plans aligned with each patient’s goals, functional requirements, and lifestyle.With a background in gymnastics, Zoe places a strong emphasis on movement quality, motor control, and progressive loading to support safe, effective, and sustainable outcomes. She is deeply committed to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development to ensure her clients receive high-quality, contemporary care.Zoe’s approach is collaborative, supportive and focused on helping individuals move with confidence and achieve meaningful improvements in function and wellbeing.
