GENTLE YOGA: Restorative & Beginner Friendly

Restore balance and ease to your body. Our Gentle Yoga classes focus on slow, mindful movements and supported postures to release tension, improve joint mobility, and calm the nervous system. Ideal for beginners, injury recovery, or anyone seeking a restorative practice to reset the mind and body. 

MATWORK PILATES: Core & Posture

Using your body weight and props as resistance, this class focuses on improving mobility, posture, core and balance through a targeted series of full-body exercises. Suitable for beginner students up to advanced practitioners. This is a 55 minute class. 

Run by exercise physiologists, we ensure every individual in our group classes receives tailored programming to meet their specific needs, accommodating their injuries or conditions.

YOGA: Vinyasa Flow

Experience a powerful moving meditation in our Yoga Vinyasa class. This practice synchronizes breath with a continuous flow of postures to build strength, flexibility, and stability. YIN YOGA: All levels welcome

Through long, fascia-focused holds and mindful breathwork, this practice promotes flexibility, joint mobility, and nervous system regulation. Ideal for those seeking balance in a fast-paced world, Yin yoga invites stillness, softness, and deep release. This is a 55 minute class.  

Breathwork is a therapeutic breathing technique that activates healing, promotes self-exploration, and can release stress, anxiety, and depression.
