Your Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival & Grounding (Padang Bai, Bali)
Arrive in Bali and make your own way to Bloo Lagoon Eco Village in Padang Bai, where the retreat begins. After settling in, enjoy free time to unwind by the pool, take in the ocean views, or explore locally.
In the late afternoon, we’ll gather for a gentle grounding yoga session to help you arrive fully into retreat mode.
In the evening, enjoy a nourishing welcome dinner (included).
Day 2
Island Hop to Paradise (Gili Trawangan)
After breakfast (included), we travel to the port and catch the ferry to Gili Trawangan. On arrival, you’ll be transferred by traditional horse and cart to our beachfront accommodation, Jambuluwuk Oceano Resort.
The afternoon is yours to explore the island, relax by the beach, snorkel, hire a bike, shop, or book a massage.
Late afternoon yoga and meditation will be followed by sunset drinks and a group dinner (included, with a drink of your choice).
Day 3
Move, Explore & Unwind
Begin the day with an early morning yoga session, followed by breakfast (included).
We’ll then enjoy a relaxed group bike ride around the island, stopping to take in beaches and hidden corners.
The afternoon is free for whatever your body and mind need — massage, swimming, snorkelling, shopping, reading, or rest.
Later, we’ll come together for restorative yoga, before sunset drinks and a relaxed group dinner (included, with your choice of drink).
Day 4
Ocean Adventure & Deep Relaxation
After an early breakfast (included), we’ll head out for a snorkelling and boat adventure (included). Explore three stunning snorkel sites, including areas known for sea turtles, before cruising to a neighbouring Gili Island for a leisurely lunch (included).
The afternoon is free to relax by the pool or ocean, reflect, or indulge in another massage.
We’ll gather again for gentle yoga and meditation, flowing into sunset drinks and a shared dinner (included, with a drink of your choice).
Day 5
Creativity, Connection & Celebration
Welcome the day with sunrise yoga, followed by breakfast (included).
Enjoy a free morning to explore, swim, snorkel, shop, or rest.
Later, take part in a 2-hour guided cooking experience (included), learning to prepare local cuisine and connect with Balinese culture.
We’ll finish with a final sunset, celebratory drinks, and farewell dinner (included).
Day 6
Closing & Farewells
For those who wish, we’ll close with a final morning yoga session, followed by breakfast (included).
We’ll then travel by horse and cart to the port and ferry back to Padang Bai, Bali, where the retreat concludes.
From here, you may continue your travels or make your way to the airport.
