Happy hump day!!  I take pleasure in introducing our newest members of staff to your all…

CLARE MOULD

Image 3On initially meeting Clare you will notice what can only be described as a pocket rocket full of bubbles!  Her warming, bubbly personality was a perfect fit for our Saturday Super Session Kickstart Program.  Every body needs a bit of Clare’s care, passion and energy on a lazy Saturday morning.

Clare, a qualified lawyer, recently decided to follow her passion for fitness and dream of becoming a personal trainer.  She obtained her Group Fitness, Personal Trainer, Spin Cycle and Kettlebell accreditations at Premier International, London in 2013.

Since a young age, Clare has been involved in competitive aerobics, dancing and more recently boxing and Muay Thai (thai kickboxing).  Clare has trained and taught at the most highly regarded Muay Thai gym in London, KO.  She has also travelled to Thailand twice, most recently in Febuary 2014, to train with some of the world’s best Muay Thai trainers and fighters.

Clare is passionate about motivating people to exercise and believes that with a positive mental attitude, anything is possible.

GEORGIE MONRO

Georgie MunroeGeorgie has come on board to instruct Pilates and core sessions.   How to best describe her?  I love her natural giggle,  sweet nature and her ability to make you feel chilled with simply her presence.

Georgie completed her Bachelor of Science (Exercise and Sport) degree at the University of Sydney and has further specialised her studies with a Graduate Diploma of Science (Exercise Rehabilitation) at the University of Western Australia.  She is also an Accredited Exercise Physiologist through Exercise Sports Science Australia.

Passionate about running and surfing, Georgie has taught students at St Hilda’s College and Surfing WA to surf for the past three years. Since the age of 12 she’s been competitively involved with Surf Life Saving Australia and recently completed her first marathon.

After personally feeling the positive benefits regular pilates and yoga had on her sport performances and preventing injuries, Georgie trained as a pilates instructor with the Institute of Queensland. Through her education and training, Georgie believes pilates to be an essential tool for achieving personal fitness and rehabilitation goals, as well as enhancing quality of life.

Be sure to say hi to the girls as you see them in their regular classes and floating in and out of my classes!!

Have a great week and I will all soon!

Caitlin 🙂
