A note from Caitlin…
Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and thank you for all your support over the last year, I have enjoyed working with each and every one of you. I really do consider myself lucky to be working in a job that I am not only passionate about, but each day I get to work with an inspiring and amazing group of people that make the experience even more enjoyable.
One of my friends last week asked me how my day had been, when I replied and told him about my day of work he responded with “You are living the dream Caity, living the dream”. It made me think, wow, yes I am, and it is all thanks to you!!
Although getting up and out of bed in the pitch black middle of winter is no small feat (a feeling I know many of you understand!!) I am motivated by the friendships I have developed with you and the satisfaction of seeing you achieve and maintain your results.
You may not realise but ironically YOU are my motivation when that dreaded alarm goes off for me to get out of bed. It is the reward in not just your results but your friendships that keep me going so THANK YOU!
I look forward to working with you all again next year to try and undo some of the bad you are more than likely about to do in the next few weeks!! Enjoy it!!

Now for some house keeping…
Please note that I will be on annual leave from the Tuesday 24th Dec until Sunday the 5th January with sessions resuming on the Monday 6th January for those of you who are back from the break or want to kick start the new year and be ahead of the pack.
What is happening next year?
Saturday 11th January is the launch of the 8 week Super Summer Kickstart program if you, your family or friends are interested you can book online.
In 2013 we worked hard to plan the roll out and improvement of our corporate programs. 2014 will see us offer our improved Perth Based Services and also the introduction our new FIFO2 fly in fly out program. If you’d like to know more about FIFO2 just ask or check out our new website o2grouptraining.com!
Our Pilates and Yoga program will continue to run as per normal as will your training sessions.
I would also like to take this opportunity to let you all know that O2 Group Training, previously operated by myself, Caitlin Hunt, is now operated by O2 Active PTY LTD. O2 Active shall trade as O2 Group Training and will be responsible for all sales and purchases in respect to business from 1 January 2014. I am still the owner and director of the companies, the only change is that as of 1 January 2014 we have proudly progressed the company to the point in time where we need charge GST.
So once more I would like to wish you all a fabulous Christmas and a Happy New Year!! We look forward to helping you achieve and maintain your goals in the new year!!
